Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days for regular shipping. For express shipping, you should expect your order within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Sometimes there can be delays with shipping.
The flat rate is $10.95 and express shipping is $14.95
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages
www.lavvish.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please be aware you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
